The copper sleeve of the cone crusher acts as a sliding bearing. It has a straight copper sleeve with a large gear assembly inside. Generally, it is not worn much and the total clearance is less than 5 mm. There is a cone copper sleeve in the middle of the large gear assembly, with the moving cone main shaft inserted inside. The upper clearance is small, about 3 mm, and the lower clearance is large, about 8 mm. It can be measured with a thick fuse during assembly. The wear of the bowl-shaped copper tile and the wear of the moving cone spherical surface will affect its clearance, and the motion trajectory of the moving cone is determined by it.
