Maintenance of bowl-shaped bearings of
bronze accessories of cone crusher:
1. Check the fixing of bowl-shaped bearings. Bowl-shaped bearings are fixed to the bearing seat by casting zinc with cylindrical pins. If they are loose, zinc alloy should be recast. Otherwise, when lifting the moving cone, it will be stuck to the spherical surface of the moving cone by lubricating oil, and it will be lifted together and cause accidents;
2. Check the contact of bowl-shaped bearings: The contact surface of the bowl-shaped bearings should be in contact with the outer ring of the bowl, and the width of the contact ring is 0.3-0.5 feet. If the contact is too large, it should be scraped again;
3. Check the surface of the bowl-shaped bearings: When the surface of the bearings is worn to the bottom of the oil groove (the oil groove is flattened) or the fixing pins are exposed and cracks are generated, they should be replaced;
4. The bowl-shaped bearing seat and the frame should be tightly matched. If a gap is ground out, the bearing seat will move in series during operation, which will cause poor contact between the main shaft and its cone sleeve, and even impact each other. After this gap, dustproof water will also splash into the body and destroy lubrication. If the gap is greater than 2 mm, it should be repaired or replaced. Replacement parts should be prepared according to the size after wear. The gap repair method can be repaired by welding.
5. When the dust ring on the bowl-shaped bearing seat is damaged, it should be replaced in time to prevent dust from entering the water seal groove and causing precipitation to block the water hole. The mineral powder precipitated in the water seal groove should also be cleaned during maintenance.
